Direct Printing (Flatbed Printing)(Digital Screen printing)

UV curable flatbed printing offers stunning resolution and UV resistance for non-fade longevity. Flatbed printing technology allows us to print directly to standard substrates up to 50mm thick, such as Corflute, foam PVC, polystyrene, cardboard and paper in quantities from one unit to hundreds with competitive pricing. This is often referred to as digital screen printing. We can print directly to pre-stretch artist canvas which can be purchased from retail stores.

Custom printing
It's incredible what can be printed with our flatbed printing system. We can print many unique and specialised substrates e.g. Glass, metal, customwood, fabric, stones, doors, recycled timber planks, and ceiling tiles. For a truly unique print, this is the best process.

White Ink 
Printing with white ink produces vibrant prints onto dark substrates. By laying down a white layer of the elements in your logo, text or image underneath the colour, you get the full vibrancy of the colours unaffected by the substrate. Alternatively, we can back up the elements with white for reverse applications such as glass.

Cut To Shape
There are several ways that we can cut prints to custom shapes.

We can produce these to any size and shape for short term or long term promotions.

Display panels
Whether it's foam PVC's or acrylic's, if you need your design cut to any shape we can do it.

Cardboard
Dump bins, drop boxes and even the standard box. We can image onto the card ready to assemble.
