New Fabric Printer

Posted by Scott on 7 April 2011

Mutoh fabric printer        Out with the old and in with the new. We have retired our fleet (x2) of sublimation printers and replaced them with this brilliant machine. It's the latest release from Mutoh for soft signage printing. It has some great features that increase our diversity and quality. The first is wave technology. The machine has an unique way of laying down the ink to elimainate banding - stripes which appear on images due to media feed or ink bleeding problems. It does this by laying down the ink in a wave pattern. Another feature really like is that it's built for production runs and high quality printing. If you need hundreds of metres in a hurry, then no problem - we can deliver. Another feature really like is the ability to print directly to fabric. It's loaded with a dual ink to give us the best of both worlds. Why do we need dual ink?

mFlag - Motion Flag range

Posted by Scott on 6 April 2011

mFlag Portable flag range   We've put together a great range of portable flag systems. We're on a mission to keep things simple and make your choices easy. Our new range of Motion Flags (mFlag) are completely interchangeable with their bases and mounts. This means you can own several models of flags and have a base for every occasion, ready to go. We dye-sublimate your flags onto high quality fabrics. All flag styles can be single or double sided. Double sided doesn't mean show through. A true double sided flag has an image reading correctly on both sides. We have the ability to print and sublimate both with or without paper. Using paper makes for detail, while going direct has outstanding show-through for single sided flags.

Signs and Installation

Posted by Scott on 4 April 2011

Sign department                         This is our new, modern and freshly launched Sign Department. We have leased a premises, conveniently located directly across the road to our current location (back door). The only thing to make it better would be an airbridge! With our roots in signwriting and screenprinting, Adgraphix was destined to have a strong presence in the signage and display markets from day dot. By keeping as much production in-house as possible, we have greater control of timeframes, quality and deadlines. It's a full service department offering all forms of signwriting both traditional and modern. Traditional? Yes we even do brushwork and the old school stuff! Throw in all the extras from one of the best equipped large format digital printing facilities in New Zealand, and it's a damn exciting mix. When we say offer all forms, we mean project management, building signs, windows and glass work, illuminated signs, plinths, fascias, information signs, vehicle graphics, handwritten signs, murals, vehicle graphics, event signage, displays, 3D signs, flags and specialty graphics.
