How we supported Essential Services during the 2020 lockdown

During the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, we shifted our focus to supporting customers classified as Essential Services with the signage and print products they needed to help protect staff and the public.

At the time, this included products like directional signage, warning signs, information signs, labels, floor social distancing decals, freestanding displays, posters and temporary signs, produced at short notice for businesses that needed to keep operating safely under lockdown conditions.

With our facility closed to walk-in visitors and no staff on site, our team worked remotely wherever possible. Sales and file preparation were handled off site, while production was carried out by a small number of staff on site, following social distancing and government guidelines at the time. Any installation work was assessed case by case in line with health and safety requirements.
