What do you do when you discover a time capsule? You take some of the contents and get the great team from Adgraphix to produce a fantastically huge wall mural of your find, of course.

The story behind the artwork

Client: Oddfellows

The graphic is a reworking of an original Freemasons masthead, found in a time capsule soon after Hummingbird acquired the Oddfellows café property. The Freemasons used to use the Oddfellows hall for their meetings. The illustrator was Trevor Powell of Watermark Ltd.

Task: a digital mural on a concrete wall in the café, approximately 7m x 7m.

What we did: We digitally printed the supplied file onto self-adhesive vinyl using environmentally friendly latex inks, and installed the graphic on site.
