A Seamless Colour Change and Print Vehicle Wrap for Reefton Distilling Co

One vehicle, two wrap films, one seamless finish

This full vehicle wrap for Reefton Distilling Co combines a smart colour change with bold digitally printed graphics, giving the vehicle a completely new look while keeping the finish consistent from panel to panel.

The materials and technique

Most of the vehicle was wrapped in Avery Supreme Wrapping Film in dark grey. The doors were handled differently, with the Little Biddy Gin artwork digitally printed onto 3M 280 wrap film.

The clever part was matching the printed grey background accurately to the Avery wrap film. This allows the colour to flow cleanly across the vehicle, rather than making the printed doors look like separate panels. Up close, the printed foliage and bottle graphics are sharp and detailed. Step back, and the entire design comes together as one seamless wrap.

Quality is in the detail

A quality vehicle wrap is about more than just producing an eye-catching graphic. It takes careful colour management, accurate printing, good material selection, and experienced installation. Every detail, from handles and panel edges to body lines and joins, needs to be planned for from the start. Getting those details right is what gives the finished wrap its clean, factory-like appearance. We were absolutely rapt with the finished result.

The finished vehicle is beautifully wrapped, with the colour-change film and printed graphics working together as one seamless job. It gives the Little Biddy brand plenty of presence on the road, and shows what careful planning, accurate colour matching and a tidy install can achieve.

FAQs

Can a vehicle wrap combine plain colour film with printed graphics seamlessly?
Yes, with accurate colour matching between the printed sections and the solid wrap film, the two can be blended so panel joins aren't visually obvious, creating one continuous look across the vehicle.

What materials are used for a colour change vehicle wrap?
Colour change wraps commonly use cast vinyl wrap films, such as Avery Supreme Wrapping Film, while printed sections use digitally printed wrap film such as 3M 280, chosen for print quality and durability.

What makes a vehicle wrap look clean and professional rather than obviously wrapped?
Careful colour management, accurate printing, the right material choice, and experienced installation around details like handles, panel edges and body lines all contribute to a wrap that looks like a factory finish rather than an applied graphic.
